Goodness! South African Police Handcuffed Man To A Van And Dragged Him To Death (Video)

Humans are indeed wicked! It doesn't take a war to remind us of man's inhumanity to man.  
A shocking video emerged today of South African police officers as they tied a man to their van and dragged him through the streets for 2 hours.  
Mido Macia, 27, was found dead in police custody just two hours after being arrested for the parking dispute in the Daveyton township.
